Indoor Areas

This holiday villa for rent is clustered around a central courtyard. The buildings are all made of natural locally sourced ingredients. The 6 large bedrooms are all en-suite and air-conditioned. They have big king beds, dressing areas, sitting, and wardrobes. Two walls of the rooms open completely to the sprawling lawn outside. There is also a small sitting area outside each bedroom. High-beamed ceiling allows sea breeze and air to flow through. The en-suite bathrooms have bathtubs.

The main living area is in an open-sided pavilion. You will find an outdoor cinema-style projector and screen just beside this pavilion. There is a second living area inside the house with a small library and television. The formal dining space is in another pavilion. It has a 14-seater teak table.

Location

Ashwem is one of the nicest places to stay in Goa. There are no large hotels or resorts so you have few tourists. The beach is clean. You can swim as the water is safe.
