The Red House is spread over two floors. Each floor has two bedrooms. They are all spacious bedrooms with air-conditioning and have antique furniture. They reflect the architectural style of old Portuguese colonial Goa. There are large double beds with comfortable linen, private sitting, rugs, side tables, and antique wardrobes. A high-beam ceiling allows light and air to flood the bedrooms.

The ground-floor living room is stylishly designed. It has two air-conditioners, a large television, and several sitting areas that can sit up to 8 guests.
