Indoor Areas

Drive into the house compound and you will be greeted by a large covered verandah, a beautiful statue, potted plants, and the lawn. Enter through the gate for the spacious living room. Each corner of this room is elegantly furnished. There are two other living spaces in the house, both indoor and outdoor. The villa’s formal dining space can sit up to 8 guests. the well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, toaster, mixer, water purifier, refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, and a grinder.

The 4 bedrooms all have antique furniture. They have king beds with luxury linen, large wardrobe space, wooden or imported marble flooring. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and en-suite.

Outdoor Areas

Villa Valentina is spread out over a huge area. There is a lush tropical garden and lawn with many tall trees and flowering plants. Relax on the lawn or inside the covered patio. The garden has hammocks. Steps lead gently into the private swimming pool. It is illuminated so you can take a dip even after dark. There is also a poolside cabana.

Location

This North Goa property has the perfect location. It is in Candolim, which is one of the most popular beaches in Goa. However, Candolim can get very crowded during the peak tourist season of November to January. Villa Valentina is located away from the crowded places. It is in the rural areas of the neighborhood. You can see rolling hills from the house.

You will still be close to the beach – only 10-15 minutes by car or bike. The beach shacks, restaurants, bars, cafes, nightclubs, supermarkets, tattoo shops, and massage parlors are all nearby.
